From the start of the December 18 meeting, it was clear that everyone was jolly. Evaluating the Professionals at Bucharest Business Days

Bucharest Business Days in December was a big event: 1,063 participants, 174 partners, and 107 speakers. Even though there were well-known names on the attendance list, members from Toastmasters clubs around the country were invited to evaluate the speakers. Why?
